Refund policy
We want you to be completely happy with your order! While we don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after delivery, we’re always here to help if something’s not right.
Due to the nature of our items, we don’t accept returns, exchanges, or changes after delivery. Many items like precut felt board storytime sets and digital downloads are made to order or instantly accessible, which makes them non-returnable.
That said, we’ll gladly make things right in these situations:
- Your item arrived damaged
- We’re unable to fulfill your order
- There’s a confirmed delivery issue beyond your control
- You received the wrong item
If we sent the wrong physical item, please message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of what you received. We’ll send the correct item and you’re welcome to keep the one sent by mistake.
If any of the above apply, please reach out within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We’ll review your request within 2–3 business days and provide a refund or replacement as needed.
